Lovely earlier issue of the Order of Civil Merit, 4th Class, mounted on a bow for an award to a woman.  Earlier style with a highly raised centerpiece, instead of the flatter version issued subsequently.  This version more commonly seen with the princely crown, while this example has the royal crown.
