Magnificent hand sewn double sided banner presented by the leningrad Naval district to the area Komsomol in the 1920's. 8 x 10 magnificent feet in size, all in hand embroidered cotton and bullion. An extremely rare flag that managed to escape during the fall of communism. Absolutely unique. A wonderful addition for a museum or advanced collector/historian of that period.
