Very nice GAR buckle and cloth belt, complete with keeper.  High points of buckle nicely polished, probably for a Post officer.  Nice late 19th century style woven cloth belt in good strong condition.  Belt has extra toungued keeper on it, possibly for attachement of sword carry, etc.
